RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Overview

We want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may be able to return your item for a refund or exchange.
This policy applies to all purchases made online at indierosejewellery.co.uk and complies with UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015 & Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).


2. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • You can return non-faulty items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise stated.

  • Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 working days via the original payment method.

  • Delivery charges for premium/express services are non-refundable.

Exclusions:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalised & Engraved (unless faulty)


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and photos if possible.

  • We’ll arrange a free return, repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Refunds include the original delivery charge and return postage if the item is confirmed faulty.


4. How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@indierosejewellery.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions or a return label.

  3. Pack your item securely (preferably in the original packaging).

  4. Once received, we’ll confirm by email and process your refund or exchange.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving your return.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to release the funds.
